Is the free plan really free?
Yes — no card, no time limit. 50 captured leads per month, 1 Instagram account. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Do I need a special kind of Instagram account?
Yes — a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't use Instagram's messaging API (Meta's rule). Switching is free and takes 30 seconds: open Instagram → Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.
How does the lead cap work?
A "lead" is a captured conversation that produced a contact (name, phone, or email). Resets on the 1st of each month UTC.
Can I cancel anytime?
One click in the customer portal. You keep your captured leads regardless of plan.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes — the AI flow understands English, Arabic, and code-switched messages out of the box.
What happens to my data?
It lives in your Google Sheet. We keep a copy in our database for syncing and analytics, deleted on request.
