Right to be forgotten

Delete my data.

Three audiences may want data removed from Leadflowly: subscribers, the end customers who messaged a Leadflowly-powered Instagram account, and Meta on a user's behalf. Each has a direct path below.

§ 01
Self-service from the dashboard

If you are a Leadflowly subscriber

You can remove your data without writing to us:

  • Disconnect a single Instagram account. From your dashboard, open the connected accounts list and use Disconnect. The access token, the conversation flow, the in-progress sessions, and all leads captured through that account are deleted immediately.
  • Delete your subscriber account. Email support@leadflowly.in from the address on file with the subject line delete my account. Everything we hold about you, including all connected Instagram accounts and their leads, is removed within 30 days. We will email you to confirm.
§ 02
You may have a lead record about you

If you messaged a Leadflowly-powered Instagram account

When you complete a conversation with a Leadflowly bot, the business that runs the bot receives your name, the phone number you shared, and a short description of what you were looking for. That record sits in their dashboard and on our servers.

To have it deleted, email support@leadflowly.in with:

  • The Instagram username of the business you messaged.
  • The phone number you shared during the conversation.
  • Optional: any name, message text, or rough timestamp that helps us locate the record.

We will remove the record within 30 days and write back to confirm. If we cannot find a record matching what you sent we will tell you, too.

§ 03
Routed through the same address

Meta-initiated deletion requests

Meta surfaces deletion requests originated through the Instagram platform. Those reach our team at the same address — support@leadflowly.in — and are processed within 30 days.
