Register an endpoint under Integrations → Webhooks to receive lead.captured, lead.stage_changed, lead.scored and link.clicked as signed HTTP POSTs. Deliveries retry with backoff for up to six attempts, then dead-letter — visible and replayable from the same console, never silent.
