A saved view can be shared with the whole team or kept private — sharing grants everyone read access, never write, and a shared view survives its creator leaving the workspace.

Separately, an agent can be given a restricted visibility scope (their assigned conversations, or specific channels only) under Team & roles. That scope applies everywhere — Contacts, Inbox, Pipeline and exports alike — not just the list view.
